Every quarter we’ll give each of the candidate suppliers a Customer Engagement Index determined by your votes. As a panellist you’ll receive a copy of the ranking and some bull points and pearls of wisdom from the findings. We plan to sharpen competition in the outsource market and provide outsource suppliers and our panellists with valuable feedback. We will bring increased transparency to the outsource market by making your views known to your peers.
